Meet Our Founding Team
Our founding team includes engineering experts and serial entrepreneurs, with significant experience growing technology-based startup companies.
CEO: Greg Wood is a visionary entrepreneur and accomplished chief executive, best known as the Founder and CEO of WrkFlws—a global consultancy. Building on extensive experience across cross-continental ventures, he excels in navigating complex markets, delivering data-driven strategies, and forging high-impact partnerships. His track record includes guiding organizations through transformative growth phases by blending strategic foresight, operational excellence, and innovative problem-solving.
Earlier in his career, Greg successfully led cross-functional regulatory change teams at Bridgewater Associates and was a swaps and derivatives attorney at the law firm Linklaters. He holds an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and completed MIT Sloan’s prestigious Advanced Management Program. He also earned a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and a Master of Laws (L.L.M.) in International and Comparative Law, both from Cornell Law School, and is a graduate of the University of Virginia, with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, with distinction.
CTO: Xin Jin is a PhD candidate in Engineering at the University of Toronto, researching Fully Homomorphic Processors and Encryption. Before academia, he worked full-time as a Program Manager at SenseTime, leading the launch of an image generation platform that scaled to 510K daily active users and 100M+ requests in nine days. As a Software Engineer at Intel, he optimized TensorFlow GPU operators using oneAPI DPC++, improving AI performance by 30% on Intel XPU hardware. His research at the Chinese Academy of Sciences advanced model compression for edge computing, tripling computational efficiency and enabling real-time AI inference.
With a Master of Computer Science from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor's from the University of Queensland, Xin has a strong foundation in hardware-software co-design, AI acceleration, and high-performance computing. He has now left his PhD program to fully commit to this project, bringing his deep technical expertise and industry experience to drive its success.
Head of Algorithm Engineering (Hangzhou): Liang Su is a serial entrepreneur in AI-generated content (AIGC) and an expert in high-performance computing (HPC) and model optimization. As Founder & CEO of Seventh Universe Technology, he has led the development of multi-agent frameworks and AI model optimization solutions, creating cutting-edge diffusion models and LLM optimization frameworks. Previously, at Hikvision Research Institute, he specialized in real-time video analytics and algorithm acceleration, achieving industry-leading performance in face recognition and object detection, surpassing competitors by over 50%.
With a Master’s in Computational Mathematics from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Bachelor's in Mathematics from UC Irvine, Liang has deep expertise in AI model efficiency, reinforcement learning, and advanced computer vision. Now fully committed to his latest venture, he is driving innovation in large-scale model optimization for robotics, advancing the efficiency and deployment of AI in autonomous systems.
